The full-view windows provided a stunning vista of the marina, especially beautiful at night when the cityscape was illuminated. the kitchen was modern with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a Nespresso coffee machine for that morning caffeine fix. the amenities such as the large pool with a nearby lifeguard added to the relaxing atmosphere of the property. However, there were some setbacks during my experience. the check-in process was prolonged, with confusion regarding the specific location of the apartment within the vast complex. Some staff members seemed inexperienced and struggled with basic procedures, causing delays and frustration. In terms of value, Marina Promenade offers a good balance of luxury and cost-effectiveness. the location and views are a definite highlight, but improvements could be made in terms of staff training and efficiency to enhance the overall guest experience.
